My career has been built on solid foundations in Italy and a complete immersion in the international financial context, a journey spanning over 20 years.
- 2001 – 2012: Administrative Manager (Italy)
I began my professional journey in Italy, serving as the Administrative Manager for large companies. This phase provided me with a deep and pragmatic understanding of managerial dynamics, complex accounting, and national tax obligations, which are essential for a company's sustainability.
- 2012 – 2017: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Cyprus
In 2012, I relocated my activity to Cyprus to follow a major international energy group. I held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until 2017. This executive role gave me a unique and in-depth perspective on the real needs of complex financial management, global reporting, and, most importantly, the absolute necessity of tax compliance and substance for large multinational entities.
- Since 2017: Founding Divenire LTD and Specialization
Since 2017, I launched Divenire LTD. During this phase, I further consolidated my career in the financial services and consulting sector in Cyprus, collaborating closely with prominent fiduciary firms and international law firms. This experience was fundamental in assimilating the rigorous procedures of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer), which are now the foundation of every compliance strategy we propose.
Today, as Founder and Managing Director, I lead the business with the goal of transforming my hands-on experience (as CFO) and my extensive network of local knowledge – which includes top-tier legal advisors and tax auditors – into an unequivocal competitive advantage for every Italian client.
My mission is to ensure that every internationalization project is not only tax-efficient but is also unassailable from the perspective of European and Italian compliance.
